Are you a fan of the Pokémon series? Good news – Nintendo has released a special code that unlocks a free Generation 4 Pokémon for Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire players. All you need is the latest Pokémon Scarlet and Violet game and the special code to make the dream come true.

Players will get the one-time only Pokémon – a special Rayquaza Shiny – if they enter the code in the ‘Mystery Gift’ section of their game. The code is only valid until the 31st of October, 2017 so don’t delay! Once the code is entered, a message will appear with instructions on how to get your prize Pokémon.

So what is Rayquaza Shiny like? Quite rare, difficult to get, exclusive and powerful. It has the shining green eyes of a master and looks like a powerful shiny dragon from the movies. Once obtained, be sure to train it well as it will come in handy when you need it.

The Pokémon community is also abuzz about the Scarlet and Violet code as they have also released a few more special codes – one of which will unlock a powerful, legendary Pokémon. The code will be located on the back of the instruction booklet so be sure to look out for it.
