The introduction of new characters in the upcoming Transformers movie, “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts” is sure to bring a lot of exciting action to the screen! The creators of the franchise have recruited some of the most talented and interesting actors for the roles of the new Autobots and Decepticons. Here, we’ll take a look at the four characters that have been revealed so far.
Autobot Maximals
The first new characters revealed for the movie are the Autobot Maximals. These Maximals are a new breed of Transformers heroes, made up of two groups: the Maximal Defense Force and the Maximal Technological Unit. While each group is specialized in their own abilities, they share a single goal: to defend the Earth from the Decepticons. The Maximal Defense Force, led by the heroic Hot Rod, is composed of five members – Bumblebee, Jazz, Windblade, Ironhide, and Red Alert.
Decepticons
The second group of newcomers is a fearsome force of Decepticons. The group is composed of six members, vicious warriors that rely on the power of their robotic forms to ravage the Earth. The leader of the group is the imposing Megatron. A loyal servant of Unicron, he is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure his master’s victory. Joining Megatron are Starscream, Knock Out, Blackout, Tankor, and Soundwave. Each of them has their own special ability to bring destruction and chaos to the battlefield.
Human Allies
The new movie also features some new allies for the Autobots. One of these is a human scientist named Doctor Quintessa. She is a brilliant scientist who has dedicated her life to the study of robotics and technology. Her expertise is invaluable to the Autobots as they battle against the fiendish Decepticons. Joining her in helping the Autobots is a young orphan girl named Sari Sumdac, who possesses an advanced computer-like interface that gives her an edge in the fight.
The Return of Optimus Prime
Finally, we can’t talk about the new characters without mentioning the return of Optimus Prime. A legendary warrior and leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime has been absent from the big screen for some time and his return is sure to be a pivotal moment in the movie. He brings with him not only an impressive arsenal of weapons but also a vast amount of experience and courage to the battlefield that may prove to be the deciding factor in the conflict between the Autobots and Decepticons.
