A Zelda fan has created an incredible replica of a space shuttle using the crafting mechanic in Tears of the Kingdom.
The player, named Honeycube231, started crafting the replica after completing the main story of the game. The shuttle built was composed of multiple pieces, including a fuel tank, four engine pieces and a weapons storages pod. Honeycube231 was able to pull off one of the most complex builds in Tears of the Kingdom, as the shuttle conformed to the shape and design of a classic shuttle from the 1980s.
To make the shuttle look really authentic, the player even crafted a small remote control and the casing of the box game controller which attached to the shuttle. Additionally, the player had to comb through the world directory to find many of the necessary components to put the whole thing together.
Honeycube231’s hard work resulted in a masterpiece. The outer appearance of the shuttle was one of the most realistic replicas, and the scale of the shuttle was also impressive. The sheer size of the shuttle was befitting of the test of skill and ingenuity it took to make it.
The build took around four weeks to complete, and it certainly paid off. This amazing replica is an incredible tribute to the power and creativity of video game fans. It’s no surprise that the craftsmanship of this build has gained so much attention from the Zelda community.
