Today marks an historic moment for gamers: Activision has finally announced the highly-anticipated Call of Duty: Warzone. This new battle royale mode features a sprawling map filled with unique environments, fresh loot, and dynamic combat. After much speculation and excitement, we now have a closer look at what the map has to offer.
Players enter into Warzone with 150 other competitors, placed in a lobby until the map is filled and all are ready to go. At the start, players are launched into a huge, sprawling map that’s made up of various locations. Each area offers a different kind of experience, with buildings, roads, and other locations that gamers can explore. Some of the known identifiable locations in the Warzone map include Downtown Verdansk, Findlay High School,The Aviation City Airport, Boneyard, Krovnik Farmland, and more.
The map also includes multiple resources for gamers to utilize. Aside from finding weapons and ammo, players can replenish their health by locating ammo boxes and health kits located around the map. Additionally, it’s possible to purchase a personal UAV in any of the cash buy-stations found around the map. These UAVs will give you detailed information of your current surroundings to help you strategize your way around. Lastly, players can also take advantage of the several vehicles scattered across the map, such as SUVs, jeeps, and more.
