The next installment of the fan-favorite “Ghostbusters” franchise is coming to consoles on October 26th. It’s called “Rise of the Ghost Lord” and promises a ghostly romp full of action-packed adventure. The game will feature a brand-new storyline, new characters, and plenty of ghost-busting action.
Players will take control of their own character, a rookie Ghostbuster, as they take on the Ghost Lord and his legion of spectral minions. Packed to the brim with new weapons, gadgets, and other ghostbusting technologies, players will be ready to fight their way through levels packed with ghouls, goblins, and other supernatural threats.
The game will feature a new co-op mode that allows friends and family to team up and take on the Ghost Lord together. Combat is fast-paced and, true to the franchise, humorous, looping in plenty of old-school ghostbusting tropes like giant Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and the famous Ecto-1.
The game is sure to please fans of the franchise. With gorgeous, detailed graphics and a riveting story, “Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord” is sure to be a hit when it releases on October 26th.
