Mobile game developer Million Victories has just secured a Series A funding round of $6.5 million to enhance its popular game, Million Lords. The round of funding was provided by Builders VC, Alven, K Fund, and Plug and Play.
Million Victories was founded in 2016 by game industry veterans and focuses on strategy and simulation strategy games. Created for mobile devices, its first title, Million Lords, has amassed more than 2 million downloads and has been praised for its dynamic and engaging game-play.
The new funding from investors will be used to further improve the game’s content, graphics, and animations. Million Victories also plans to introduce new features to its existing game and develop new games based on its existing engine.
“This investment is a huge step forward for us,” said Justin Browne, co-founder and CEO of Million Victories. “It will help us to further develop and expand Million Lords, as well as build out our portfolio of games. We plan to use the funds to invest in new and improved technologies that will enable us to provide our players with the best gaming experience possible.”
Million Victories plans to use the new funding to continue building its community of players and ensure they are provided with the best gaming experience. The company is already working on a major update for Million Lords, which will introduce new levels, improved mechanics, and exclusive in-game rewards.
